パンク、ロックなどのバリバリのギター音や
青春、情熱系のBANDが多くなった今の時代に
バラードで勝負をしてきた
サザーランドのデビュー曲

夏に亡くなった友達のために書いた曲だそうで
聞いててジィーンときて新鮮な感じでした

今後の成長におおいに期待できるBANDだと思います

曲調がミスチルに似てますが
ミスチルに負けず劣らずの良い曲です！

「プロミス」のCMソングにもなっています
気になった人は買ってみても損はないです

カップリングも良い曲です！

　井上和香が出ている『プロミス』の
ＣＭソングとして放映直後から話題を呼んでいる、
サザーランドのデビュー・シングル。

　声もメロディもサウンドも、ミスチル直系。
やっと「ポスト・ミスチル」の真打ち登場といった感じ。
歌詞がまたストレートで泣けてくる名曲。

　今後、大ブレイクする予感。

※ＣＣＣＤの影響かどうかは分からないが、

ハイハットやボーカルのエッジ部分などの高音域がやや気になる。
ヘッドホンなどで聞くと、ちょっと耳に痛い音質。

この曲を聴くと、メロディーや歌詞が自然と心に染み込んできて、切なく苦い気持ちになります。
けれど不思議と何度も何度も繰り返し聴きたくなります。
カップリングの１０６も、曲調は明るめながら、歌詞が切なく１曲目とはまた違った魅力を感じます。

ＣＭで曲が流れているのを聴いて１０年来のミスチルファンの姉が「ミスチルの新曲だ！」と勘違いしてしまうほどやはり桜井さんに声が似ているかもしれません。
けれどデビューしたばかりだし、計り知れない才能をまだまだ持っているバンドだと思うので今後彼らが「彼らにしか作ることの出来ない音楽」を作ってくれることを大いに期待しています。
