インストール不要のCD-ROMブートLindows。CD-ROMドライブから直接LindowsOSを起動するので、PCへのインストールが不要。あらかじめPCにインストールされているOSの種類や言語とは関係なく、Lindows環境を実現。また、使用するPCにデータを残さないため、個人情報等の流出を未然に防ぎ、ウイルス感染の心配もなく、セキュリティ面でも優れている。既存のOS環境に影響を与えないので、そのままオリジナルの環境を使用することが可能。さらに、タブブラウザーを標準搭載し、タブの切り替えで、ひとつのウインドウ上で複数のWebサイトを表示できるほか、株式会社ジャストシステムの「ATOK(エイトック)」を採用、標準装備のEメールソフトはPOP3とIMAPに対応し、USB接続ではUSB1.1/2.0をサポート。また、802.11bの無線LANを利用するネットワーク接続にも対応。
