   93年にシングル「あなたの夢の中 そっと忍び込みたい」でソロ・デビューしてから10年という区切りの年にリリースされた初のベスト・アルバム。彼女自身が選曲したという本盤は、Mi-ke時代の懐かしの「想い出の九十九里浜」（リミックス・ヴァージョン）や、92年に近藤房之助とのデュエットでヒットした「Good-by morning」なども含む、これまでの活動を集大成した内容となっている。

   常にマイペースで自身の歌世界を着実に築いてきた彼女らしい、等身大で透明感あふれるラヴ・ソングの数々が並んでいる一方、ジャズ・スタンダードのカヴァー「Love Letters」が、10年間の成長の証と同時に今後の彼女を予感させてくれる。（木村ユタカ）

本人選曲による初のベスト。作家陣は、同系列のZARDとかなりダブっているが、さらにアクの抜けた感じ。Mi-ke時代のヒット曲(14)は異色で、(9)(10)のような自然体が本来の彼女らしさなのだろう。ベストというよりオリジナル作を聴いた時の安堵感がある。

「満月」以降アルバムが出ていませんが、それまでを振り返るという意味での自薦ベストなのだと思います。シングルとして出した曲が入っていないのも残念ですが、それでもよい曲が選ばれていると思います。
バランスの良いベストだと思います。

　大好きな曲がいっぱい詰まっている。
　特に「忘れな草」は個人的にもものすごい好きな曲なので収録されて本当に嬉しい。

　名曲「あなたの夢の中　そっと忍び込みたい」や「まぶしい人」「愛さずにはいられない」「不思議な世界」と言ったのもしっかり抑えてあったり、ドラマのサントラに収録されていたこともある「きれいだと言ってくれた」もしっかり収録されていたり，近藤房之助さんとのデュエット「Ｇｏｏｄ-ｂｙｅ　ｍｏｒｎｉｎｇ」も入っているところが嬉しい！

　そして「Ｌｏｖｅ　ｌｅｔｔｅｒｓ」も本当に聴き入ってしまいます。
　本当にＢＥＳＴに相応しい１枚！

最近同じレコードレーベルの
愛内里菜さんのコーラスワークやら
TAK MATSUMOTOさんのソロプロジェクト邦楽カバーアルバム「THE HIT PARADE」でボーカルとっていたり活動が活発化してましたが、とりあえずのベストですね。
歌い直してる曲もあるし、ファンには嬉しいです。
Mi-Ke時代の名曲カバーが曲目にあると☆１０個あげる。
まだまだまだ、

歌って無い名曲を埋もれたままにしちゃいかんと思うので
松本さんとタッグを組んで、世界の名曲掘り起こそうぜ！
「as Time Goes by」なんてオリジナル超えてたし。
次のアルバムを期待して待つ。このアルバムを無限リピートして待つ。
