元ギリギリ・ガールズの原田里香が濃密なラブシーンを魅せる作品。喫茶店に勤める香織は、友達に誘われた合コンでストリートミュージシャンの邦彦と出会う。後日、香織が彼の演奏場所で耳にしたのは、5年前に死んだ彼女の恋人が演奏していた曲だった。

残念ながら、もとギリギリガールズの原田里香の「濃密な」ラブシーンはこの作品にはない。永井正子の濡れ場はある。喜屋武靖は新鋭で、これが事実上監督デビュー作品となる。そのせいか、カットがやや間延びしており、ナレーションを入れてみたり、音声や映像に若干の素人臭さが残る。ラテン風の音楽もやや妙だし、各登場人物の台詞回しもやや一本調子だ。
　話は、所謂「純愛物」の範疇に入れてよいものだが、青年風で元気の良い吉岡毅志や童顔の高槻純の恋人を演ずる原田が落ち着きすぎており、かなり「お姉さん」風に見えるのはちょっとアンバランスだ。永井正子は吉岡演ずるストリートミュージシャンをメジャーデビューさせるために、体を売っている（多分音楽関係者）という設定だが、彼女の表向きの明るさの背後にある悲哀がもう少し細かく描ければよかったと思う。しかし、映像は後になればなるほどこなれて良くなっているし、話も相当センチだが、決して悪くない。これを起点に、喜屋武が以後どれだけの成長をみせるか楽しみだ。
