このときの中川家の漫才は最高でした。このビデオを見て、おにいちゃんのボケ役がいかに中川家の漫才を支えていてきたかがよく分かります。

アメリカザリガニもまだ勢いがよかった。
麒麟の華々しい全国デビュー。
松竹組（パリーグ）のますだおかだ・アメリカザリガニも大健闘。

裏話も満載です。

未公開ネタはもちろん、中川家（特におにいちゃん）が如何に緊張していたかがよくわかります。

その他、菊川怜の場違いなコメント、赤坂泰彦の「アメリカンロック」と紹介した場面などが小ネタとして添えられています。

放送された漫才はもちろん舞台裏、インタビュー、予選の映像まで収録されていて大満足でした。
予選の映像については"異色のコンビ"から"準決勝で涙を呑んだコンビ"
そして"もう解散してしまったコンビ"の貴重な漫才もあり、とても楽しめました。
舞台裏は見ているこっちもハラハラしてしまうような緊迫感が伝わってきます。

放送を見た方も更に楽しめる作品だと思います。

今では予選速報的な番組までできて盛り上がってますが
第一回はまだ手探り状態でした。
記憶としては優勝が中川家というのと菊川怜の場違いなコメント、
赤坂泰彦が緊張して間違い噛みまくったことなどが
思い出されます。
