   そして現在当たり前のように使われている「キッチンバサミ」というものは、実は同社が最初に開発・販売したもので、本ハサミは当時のままのフォルムを継承している。つまり同社以外のキッチンバサミは本製品の模造品ということになる。優れているのはフォルムだけでなく、包丁などに採用の特殊焼き入れ「フリオデュア」と細かな凹凸の「マイクロエッジング加工」採用で、丈夫な刃と鋭い切れ味を長く保つことが可能としたのも刃物メーカーならでは。

先日母にプレゼントをしました。
私もこれを使っており、購入してから10年経った今も
同じ切れ味を保っています。
10年経った今でも、切れない、ということは全然なく、
ビニールなどを切る時に刃が滑る、といったようなことも
全くありません。

母は「はさみってどれも一緒だと思ってたけど
こんなに違うのね。もっと早く出会いたかった」と

申しておりました。

料理バサミを使ったことのない方って、結構おられるみたいですが、これほど便利なものはめったにありません。肉や魚もあっさり切れて下ごしらえもラクラク、まな板も汚さないし、時間もかからなくてお料理が楽しくなりますよ。特にこの「クラシック」は使い易さ抜群で、一番のオススメです。初めて自炊される方や親しい人の結婚祝にもぴったりです。

同じようなキッチンばさみを２つ持っているのですが、気がつくとこちらを使っています。
とにかく切れ味が良い。
利尻昆布でもすぱすぱ切れます。
多分これが壊れたらもうひとつ買っちゃうだろうな。
