 「ネイルクリッパー」って要するに「爪切り」でしょ、と思う人でも、本製品を目の当たりにしたら、やっぱり「ネイルクリッパー」と呼びたくなってしまうはず。いわゆる「爪切り」とはひと味もふた味も違う存在感を放つアイテムだ。それもそのはず、本製品は1本1本が、熟練したマイスターによる手作りなのだ。

1.レバーをスライドさせロックを解除させます→1 2.レバーをはね上げ、刃先へ向かってスライドさせます これでレバーが使用状態になります→2・3 注：レバーが完全にスライドされないと上下の刃がかみ合わないため爪が切れません
   長さは6cm、折り畳んだときの厚さは従来モデルより薄いわずか4mm。付属の専用ケースに入れて、旅行に持って行くもよし、バッグにしのばせておくもよし。場所は取らないのに、ひとたび取り出せばたっぷり時間をかけて使いたくなる。

   爪を好みの形にカットする、カットした爪にやすりをかける、爪先の汚れを取ったり甘皮の手入れをする、どの過程においても、定評のあるヘンケルスブランドが抜群の切れ味と使いやすさを約束する。

   本体はステンレス、皮ケース付き。ケースや本体に刻印された双子マークがオシャレで、プレゼントにも最適だ。（櫻田もんがい）

人に貸すと「どうやって使うの？」と目を丸くするか、

「美しい」と自分も欲しがるか、のどちらか、です。
非常にコンパクトで、黒にヘンケルの双子ちゃんマークも
シンプルでいい。
ただ、もう10年近く使っているので、双子ちゃんマークは
消えてしまいましたが、黒のケースは破れることもなく、
爪きりの切れ味もそのまま、今でも現役で頑張っています。

バンドエイド（もしくはソーイングセット）が入ってるのかと思うカンカンにしっかり収まっていました。
こういうパチンと切るタイプの爪きりを探していて、これにたどり着きました。みなさんのレビューどおり、非常によいです。

肝心の性能ですが、カットする部分のカーブがよい・薄い爪でも厚い爪でも切れ味が良い・たしかに切った爪が散らない・力をいれずに切れる・ヤスリ部分が優秀。かなりサイズが小さいのですが大きな手のひとでも使いやすいです。
レザーのカバー付きでポーチにいれても気にならず、万が一、人前で使ってもおしゃれかも。
自宅で微笑みながら使えます。

爪を切った後は爪がギザギザになるので、ヤスリで角を丸めるものと思っていました。
この爪切りを使って、いい爪切りにはヤスリは必要ないんだと知りました。
歯の部分がガバッと開くので簡単に掃除が出来ます。
私にはちょっと小さ過ぎて使いにくいところがあるので星４つ。
女性なら星５つでしょう。お薦めします。
