太田裕美さんのシングル集という事でコンセプトは単純なのだが、ＡＢ面両方収録というのがいいですね。当然キャリアの長い人だから全シングルを収録するには、CD1枚ではだめでVol.１Vol.２と分けてのリリース。Ａ面だけのシングル集だったら買わなかった。木綿のハンカチーフの様な何度もＣＤ化された曲と初ＣＤ化の曲で若干音質差が感じられたがこれは仕方が無いでしょう。

かなりいいです。当時のシングルジャケットが、歌詞カードになっています。今の若い人の音楽にはついていけない私としては、大切な存在です・・・。Singles1978~2001 [Hybrid SACD]も同時に購入しました。ちなみに浜田省吾さんが何曲か作曲されているのが新しい発見でした。30代後半から40代前半には必須アイテムのひとつだと思います。

ベストアルバムとしては選曲に不足感がありますが、太田裕美初のＳＡＣＤとして非常に価値ある一枚です。
ＣＤ層はかなり良い音質で、太田裕美独特の繊細な声が適度な湿り気を伴って再現されます。

ＳＡＣＤ層は声の伸びやかさ、背景の広がりが格段にアップし、アナログの魅力が溢れます。ただこの魅力を再現するにはかなりのオーディオシステムの追い込みが必要なようで、なかなかこの魅力を再現するのは困難です。それでもうまくいったときには太田裕美のなんとも言えない声の翳り、温かみ、儚さを感じることができ、今まで聴き慣れた曲から何がしらの再発見があります。
