　オーディションでジャム＆ルイスに見出されたという18歳の新星。イマチュアのバック・ダンサーを務めたことがあるなどエンターテイナーとしてはポテンシャルが高い人のようだが，このデビュー作については評価が分かれるかもしれない。プロデューサーがジャム＆ルイスということでソウル／Ｒ＆Ｂ路線を期待したくなるが，意外にポップな路線で，しかもイントロをはじめ，時折いかにもテクノ・スタイルのアップテンポが顔をのぞかせる。この辺りがソウル／Ｒ＆Ｂファンにとっては辛いか。
　もっとも，ジャム＆ルイスらしいメロウなエレクトリック・ファンク「Get It While It's Hot」や，ドリーミーなミッド・テンポの「That's Crazy」をはじめ佳曲も多い。メロウでゆったりとした心地よい気だるさを漂わせる「Will He Ever Love Me Back」，そよ風のように優しげなバラード「Almost There」，何処となく感傷的なメロディーの「So Good」，ストリングスを用いた心地よいスウィング感が印象的な「Rock Your Body」などはお薦め。Ｒ＆Ｂの趣ではないが，爽やかでほのぼのとしたポップなバラード「Kinda Guy I Like」もいい。
　でも，どうしても「軽く」聴こえてしまう。万人受けはするのだろうが，ソウル／Ｒ＆Ｂファンが求めるソウル・マナーというのか，ソウル／Ｒ＆Ｂ特有の雰囲気は薄い。まぁ，若いので今後に期待するか。

結構前ですがCMでノディーシャのThat’s Crazyを聴いてずっと気になっていて、最近買いました。どれもすごく良かったです。聞いていると自然に体が動いてしまうくらいノリのいい曲もあれば、ゆったりビートを感じられる曲までそろっていました。ますますR&Bが好きになっちゃいました♪ホント聴く価値アリですよ！

ノディーシャは、去年の10月に、帰郷した時に、飛行機の中で聞いたのが最初の出逢いでした。
このアルバムの３曲目に入っている、『That's crazy』という曲でした。
それまではノディーシャのことを知らなかった私は、飛行機の中で一回聞いただけで、この曲のとりこになってしまいましたｗ。

ナビゲーターのアナウンスを注意深く聞いて、ノディーシャというアーティストを知りました。

着陸と同時にアルバムをゲットしました。（ぇ　ｗ
今でも、なんかこの曲は私にとって特別な曲です。

何度聞いても、まだ空の上にいるような、ちょっとクールなキラキラした気分になります(*'ｪ`*)ﾎﾟｯ･･･

すっごくオススメですﾟ+.(・∀・)ﾟ+.ﾟ

買う価値ありです♪
