ハリーポッター第一作のゲーム化。ゲームとしては、「秘密の部屋」に続く第二作。秘密の部屋が結構難しかったせいか、二番目にチャレンジするとそんなに難しさを感じないかも。魔法使いのカード集めは、教室の机の中から、何枚かが束になって出てきたりして、あっという間に全部集められてしまう。これはちょっと拍子抜け。秘密の部屋にあった、「箒レース」等のストーリーに関係ないゲームもなし。けれども、ホグワーツに入学したての初々しい感動をハリーと共体験できる点では、◎。やっぱりハリポタシリーズは面白い！それと、秘密の部屋ではしようとした瞬間に監督生に捕まった、「夜間飛行」もOK！夜空をニンバス2000で飛び回る爽快感は絶対体験したい。それから、ラスボスのクィレルとヴォルデモートはバジリスクよりも数段手強いので、ご注意を！

シリーズ第一作ハリーポッターと賢者の石を完全ゲーム化。ストーリーに沿って展開するアクションゲームです。プレイヤーはハリーとなって学校中を探索。かえるチョコレート、ニンバス２０００をはじめおなじみの物ばかりです。その第一作目がPS２でよみがえります！！

楽しいです!その一言ですべてが表現できます。ハリー好きなら絶対やって損はないでしょう。

秘密の部屋や、PSの賢者の石と違って、カード集めがとても楽です。夜間飛行もできます。前作ほど監督生が煩くありません。
