多くのサッカーDVD（欧州のリーグダイジェスト等）が値段のわりには収録時間・編集などがイマイチで、損した気持ちになる。ですが、この作品は稀有な好企画好編集です。

内容は大きく分けて4つ。
決勝戦（PK決着は未収録・良い!）、逆転（0-3から4-3、第1戦敗戦・第2戦で逆転）、大量得点試合、その他（シェフチェンコ、ロビィの活躍）。

本作でよーくわかるのが、「アウェイゴール2倍ルール」です。第1戦を3-1で勝ってもホームでの1失点が敗因になったり、アウェイでの同点ゴールで大喜びするアヤックスなど。インテル・ミランは記憶に新しいところです。

また、他のDVDではカットされるシーンも収録されています。コーナーからのゴールならどうやってそのコーナーを取ったか、第1戦勝つがこのシュートを決めていれば・・・のシーン、ネドヴェドのイエローカードなど。

欲を言えば、02-03レアル・マンU第1戦、レアル・ユーベ第1戦も収録して欲しかったですがね。

本当にこのDVDを買ってよかったと思います！
最近のサッカーはかなり見尽くしたと勝手に思っていましたが想像を超えた世界があったって感じです。ちょっといい過ぎか‥（笑）
でもほんとにリバウド、シェフチェンコ、フィーゴなどの全盛期や若手時代を思う存分堪能できるので最近サッカーに詳しくなった人も十分楽しめる内容だと思います。
それにゴール集ではなく名勝負集であるところもいい！ただシュートだけを延々流すのではなくゴールまでの過程や試合の流れもよくわかるのでサッカーファンには嬉しい限りです。
皆さんもぜひ買ってください！

2006年3月現在、まだこのDVDを超える物はありません。
内容、編集ともに完全最高傑作です。日本語ナレーションではないですが、かえってそこがいいです。ただし、このDVD、もう売ってないのではないでしょうか。ああ、買っておいて良かった....。
P.シュマイケルも最高に良かったです。
