私はこれで鰹節や煮干、昆布などを粉にして
「だしの素」っぽいのを作っています。
（作るといえないレベルですが）

市販のものはグルタミン酸の味がきつくて
好きではないですが、これだと自分で調節も出来ますし、
市販のものよりは安全そう。
鰹節などはカサもだいぶ減りますし、オススメです。

あと、玉ねぎ、オイル、お酢、塩コショウで
がーっとすれば玉ねぎドレッシング、
など使い道はいっぱい。
場所もとらないしオススメです。

TVショッピングで見て即購入しました。
10秒程でお茶の葉が粉末になってましたが、実際はもう少し（20~30秒程）かかりました。乾燥昆布は粉末まではなりませんでしたが、そのままお味噌汁に入れても気にならない程度にはなります。我が家では、それに鰹節の粉末を加え出汁にしています。
鰹節等は煙が立つ程の見事な粉末になりますよ。

フレッシュジュースも手軽に出来、一般のミキサー＆ジューサーより後片付けが簡単です。

小松菜ジュースを毎日作っています！スティックタイプのミキサーも持っていますが、ミルサーの方が短時間でなめらかになるので愛用しています。
こういった物は出し入れが面倒だと使わなくなってしまいがちですが、小さめなので場所を取らず、扱いがとても楽です。
以前使用してたミルサーはプラスチック容器で、傷が付きやすく形状的に洗いにくいのが難でしたが、ガラス容器は清潔でパッキンも洗いやすくなりました。
もうひとまわり大きいと満点なのですが、とても気に入っています。
