　大学の研究室での印刷や簡単なコピー用にブラザーのMFC-8820Jをレンタルしていますが、TN-36JはMFC-8820Jなどのレーザープリンター用のトナーです。この半年間、トナー・本体ともにほとんどトラブルフリーでした。
　商品に付属のものはTN-33Jという3300枚用のものですが、こちらは約2倍の6500枚用です。価格は1.5倍弱ですから。大量に印刷される方にはこちらの方がお得です。

5.0 out of 5 stars やっぱり純正, 2007/1/10
5070DNの初期トナーで4000枚使えた後でリサイクル品にしましたが、それからわずか2500枚ほどでトナー切れ。
かすれ・汚れも出たのに危険を感じて純正のこの製品に戻しました。
現在は総計10000枚を超えていますがきれいに印刷できています。

それなりの印刷枚数があるなら、このクラスの製品で小さなコストをケチらない方が良いということを実感しました。

5040付属のトナーが切れたのでこちらのTN-36Jを購入しました。
この価格帯ではリサイクルより新品のほうが結局お買い得だと思います。
でもドラムユニットの寿命を考えると、これを使い切ったあとは本体ごと買い替えるのが吉かな。
