桜庭ファンの人なら必聴のライブＣＤ。ライブに行った人、行けなかった人も十二分に堪能できる。ＣＤの音質、音量、バランス等クオリティもよく、ライブをほぼ忠実に収録している。（ＭＣは一部カット）また、ボーナストラックとして収録されている桜庭氏によるピアノ独奏も十分聴き応えがある。

トライエース開発の「スターオーシャン」「ヴァルキリープロファイル」の音楽を手がける桜桜庭氏のライブ演奏CDです。
どの曲もゲームをした人にとっては馴染み深い曲なので、バンド演奏だとこうなるのかと興味を持って聴くことができます。
興味を持って聴けるのですが、このCDは原音重視の人には合わないようにも思います。
というのも、一部の曲でキーボードの電子音が他の楽器の音の調和を妨げているからです。
特にスターオーシャン3の通常戦闘の曲である「Cutting Edge of Notion」は電子音が強調されすぎているように感じました。
普段からバンド演奏に慣れている人にはおすすめですが、あまり好きでない人には少しつらいかもしれません。
電子音が強い曲が一部ありますがスターオーシャンブルースフィアの「Hand to Hand」やスターオーシャン2の「Theme of RENA~Drum Solo~Bass Solo~」、
スターオーシャン3の「So Alone,Be Sorrow」、 ヴァルキリープロファイルの「天空の扉」 などいい曲もたくさん入っています。
今回はバンド演奏のCDでしたが、ぜひスターオーシャン（1,2）やヴァルキリープロファイル（レナス）をオーケストラで聴いてみたいと思いました。
