このアルバムは賛否両論わかれるところと思う。
アコースティックなアルバムってことはわかっていたが、「ウォンテッド・デッド・オア・アライヴ」に関してはオリジナルがアコースティック風なアレンジでこのイメージがあまりにも強すぎるせいなのかとても違和感を感じてしまった。このアルバムは嫌いなアルバムに分類されてしまうように思った。

しかしアルバムを聞き進めていくうちに何故だろうか？。「イッツ・マイ・ライフ」「レイ・ユア・ハンズ・オン・ミー」あたりではとても心地よく感じてしまっている。「ボーン・トゥ・ビー・マイ・ベイビー」「キープ・ザ・フェイス」「アイル・ビー・ゼア・フォー・ユー」「オールウェイズ」・・・・なんだか彼らが私だけのために演奏してくれてるような錯覚を覚えてしまう。
オリジナルのもいいがこのアレンジも！

このアルバムの発売日にラジオでit's my life のアコースティックverが流れてたんですが、聴くに耐えかねて、すぐにラジオの電源切りました。
最悪いや・・最高だったんです^^
ラジオで聞くなんてもったいない。それくらい録音が良くて聴き入ってしまいます。曲が単調でつまらないという人もいますが、それは今までのbonjoviのイメージが強すぎるからでしょう。

今までに聴くことの出来なかったbonjoviサウンドが聴けるアルバムです。付属のDVDも単品で売れるんじゃないの？と思えるくらいイイ感じです。
これは買いでしょう^^

良く着うたでダウンロードして主人の着信にしてます。(笑)ベッドオブ〜やボーントゥビー〜やオールウェイズは、たまりません。好きですねえ〜!ライブへ行ったのは昔ですが、ノリにのったライブがこの優しい曲達で思い出されます。
