 「はかり」といえばタニタ。タニタは体重計だけでなく、クッキングスケールでも抜群の知名度を誇っている。デジタルクッキングスケール『KD-173』は、LCD表示板の文字高が12mmと見やすい。最小目盛りは1g、最大1kgまで計れる。

   クッキーやケーキなどの焼き菓子作りの決め手は材料の計量の正確さ。小麦粉や砂糖、ベーキングパウダーなどの量がちょっと違うだけでも出来上がりに大きな差が出てしまうのだ。

 『KD-173』はデジタルなので正確に計れるうえ、上皿にふちがついているので卵や豆などの丸いものも転がりにくい。重さ約380g、高さ4cmと薄型。キッチンの引き出しにすっきり収まるコンパクトなサイズもうれしい。使用には単4乾電池4本が必要。(中村真紀子)

パンが作りたくって、これを買ったのだけれど
とにかく使いやすい。
ボールを置いて、表示を０にして、粉いれて、また０にして
塩いれて、０にして・・・・と、それぞれのものを
そのつど計ることができて、楽。

料理初心者だけれど、こういうのがあったほうが
グっと料理もラクになるし、腕もあがりそう？

今回はじめてデジタルハカリを購入しましたが，なんといっても使いやすく，パン作りやお菓子作りにすぐに取り出せ，また汚れてもさっと一拭き．とても重宝してます．ただ量る容器が重いと中の分量も合わせて全部で1ｋｇしか量れないので少し重いものを量りたいという方には向かないかもしれません．

お菓子作りに使っています。デジタル式は、やはり楽ですね。計量の時間を節約できます。

onを押すと目盛りがゼロになるので、あまりこだわらずざっとお菓子を作りたいというようなときには、１つの容器に材料を入れてはかりon、その容器に続けて異なる材料を入れてはかる、というようにして使うこともできます（洗い物が少し減ります）。色もたくさんあって良いですね。
offを押し忘れた場合には、５分後には消えますので安心。それも良い点です。
