クラプトン恒例のロイヤルアルバートホール連続公演を90年と91年のベストテイクから収録。91年には24公演にも及び、ドミノズを彷彿させるカルテッドバンド、R.クレイ、A.コリンズ、B.ガイらとセッションしたブルースバンド、ホーンを加えた厚いサウンドのフルバンド、ムードたっぷりなオーケストラバンドとそれぞれに見所が大きい。映像的には明るい部分がぼやけて少し見難い部分もあるが、クラプトンの演奏もヴォーカルも非常にパワフルで自信に溢れており、暫定的なピークのクラプトンを見事に捉えた作品と言える。ただ、後にクラプトンはこの4バンド24公演のライブを「手に余る事をして事故嫌悪に陥った」と話してます。
