エピタフの社長であるブレットが曲を聞いただけで契約したという逸話も有名なMatchbook Romanceのファーストフルアルバム。


ジャンルはEmoに入っていると思います。
ドラマチックなメロディーに加え、疾走感もあるので、暗い印象は薄くなっています。


シャウトはほとんど無く、歌メロ自体はポップで万人受けすると思います。
楽曲も幅広く、M4というキラーチューンもあり、完成度の面から見ても十分名盤と呼べるでしょう。
ちなみにエンハンストでインタビューが見れるのでそちらもチェックしてみてください。

久しぶりに音楽で感動しました。彼らの、哀愁のなかに切なさと激しさを同居させているメロディーは近年希に見るモノだと思います。そして、このメロディ-を形ずくったアレンジテクニックには脱帽です。ドラムが特に良いですね。おすすめの曲はNo4のPromiseです。

Starting　LineとFinchを足して２で割ったような感じです。
絶叫はほとんど入りません、スクリーモというより、エモでしょう。
２バスのドコドコもいい感じです。
満点ですが、途中でノイズ音が入っているのが気になります。
意図したものなのか、ミックスでそうなったのか、
僕のCDだけ悪いんでしょうか・・・

このバンドはエモを消化して次の段階へ進んだ次世代ロックバンドだ。メロディーは切な系キャッチーの極みと言っても過言じゃない。
