　まず楽曲が素晴らしい。例えばギター一本で演奏され歌われていてもきっと感動できる。メロディに極端な展開は無い。受け取りやすいメロディである。しかし浜省のメロディは飽きないのである。キャッチーなメロディはすぐ飽きてしまうのが普通なのだがココが不思議なところである。「スタンダード中のスタンダード」おそらくココが誰にも真似できない奥深さなのだろう。
　歌を大切にされたアレンジ・演奏は、アルファー波というのでしょうか？全編を通して心地よいサウンドです。まったく隙のない完璧な演奏だと思う。
　

　浜省の歌は普遍性が高い。彼がタイムマシンに乗って５０年前の東京で歌っても５０年後の東京で歌ってもおそらく多くの人の共感を得るだろう。なぜなら彼の歌はスタンダード中のスタンダードだからである。

10代、20代で浜田省吾の曲を好んで聞く人は私のまわりにそうはにいません。
私が初めて浜田省吾の曲を聞いたのが小学校の頃で、「悲しみは雪のように」でした。
あのときから密かにファンでした。しかし、時代が流れるにつれ、
私は浜田省吾の音楽から遠ざかっていきました。
今22なんですが、今年遅ればせながら、ベストを聞きました。あぁ、いいなぁ。

たまたま入った店の優先で流れていた「君に捧げるLove song」を聞いたとき、
「悲しみは雪のように」以来の感動を覚えました。
失恋の傷が癒えない俺には浜田省吾の曲はジーンときました。
自分勝手な恋愛だったなぁと後悔する毎日です。

話がそれましたが、浜田省吾の曲を今の若い世代（10~20代）の方にも

聞いてみてほしいと思います。やばいです。やられました★

待ちに待った浜田省吾さんのバラード集。これほどバラード集が注目を集めるられるアーティストはいないのではないでしょうか？それほど、浜田省吾さんのバラードには、魅力がある証拠なのでしょう。
10代の『Edge Of The Knife』、20代の『Sand Castle』、30代の『Wasted Tears』に続く第四弾です。まさしく大人のバラード。浜田省吾さんのバラードは単に曲が美しいだけでなく、そこにSOUL（魂）の真髄が刻み込まれています！先行シングル「君に捧げるLove Song」も収録されるそうで、久しぶりの浜田省吾さんのバラードが聞ける秋が待ち遠しいです。音のクオリティーが良い『SACDハイブリッド』での発売です！また、以前の3作品もリマスターで発売されるとのこと。今までの浜田省吾さんファンはもちろん、今までしらなかった人も是非、こんなに素敵な心のこもった曲を熱く語れるアーティストがいることを知って下さい。
