ピアノと歌声だけで、バックコーラスさえないシンプルな曲なんですが、澄んだ歌声と一緒になって曲が輝いて聞こえます。ごまかしのない、ストレートな歌いっぷりに脱帽。歌詞も下手にこねくり回した感じがなくて自然で好感。

最近はデジタル機器を多用した歌手が多いですが、メインのピアノと声のみでシンプルながらもじっくりと味わうことが出来るアルバムです。
シンプルと書きましたが、単純というわけでは決してなく、余計な混じり物が入らない純粋な音楽、曲という意味です。

特に一曲目の「天使たちのメロディー」は、歌詞にしろメロディーにしろ透明で美しく何度聞いてもいい曲だなと思います。
変なヒネリやイヤミっぽいところが全くない、正に天使の歌声だと感じました。
様々な技術や音を利用したＩ　ＷＩＳＨより、川嶋あいとして出された曲のほうが個人的には好みです。

ちまたでは川嶋あいブームが巻き起こっていますが、このマキシシングルは、
いまや幻となっている1stアルバムからのカットである「天使達のメロディ」を中心として構成されています。

ピアノと歌声だけのごくシンプルな構成で、優しくてどこか懐かしい、またほんのり切ない素晴らしいメロディを奏でています。

また、バックコーラスさえも用いないために、より一層彼女の歌声の美しさが際立っています。
IWishの楽曲とは明らかに差別化されたこの楽曲作りには、脱帽というよりありません。
僕自身、この川嶋あい個人の作品群を聴いたお陰で、今まで以上にIWishに対する評価も高まりました。

なお、この作品はインディーズレーベルのため、レンタルショップでは借りられません。少しでも興味がある人は!、ぜひ購入して聞いてみることをオススメします！
