2枚目のソロ・アルバムとなる本作。ルーマニアのフル・オーケストラを起用するなどの実験的な試みで、独自のロックを前作『SYMPHONIA』では表現していたが今回はもっとすごい。サウンド・プロデューサーとして岡村靖幸、pal＠pop、石垣愛（マッド・カプセル・マーケッツ）、ajapaiらが参加し、薩摩琵琶（さつまびわ）、箏（そう）、龍笛（りゅうてき）、尺八、篳篥（ひちりき）、笙（しょう）といった和楽器を全面的に導入して、“和”テイストのロック・アルバムに仕上げている。 箒と尺八などのシンフォニックなサウンドをバックに、デーモン小暮がスケール感たっぷりに歌い上げる「ZUTTO」、和太鼓を中心としたお囃子（はやし）のリズムがミニマルに続いていく「I DON’T KNOW」、総勢52名ものコーラス隊が圧巻の「SAKURA」をはじめ、独創的なアイデアの連発だ。全体としてもデーモンらしい崇高な美学が貫かれている。彼の才覚が十二分に発揮された作品だ。（小山 守）

前作「SYMPHONIA」ではオーケストラ、今回のアルバムでは尺八・雅楽・三味線・琴・薩摩琵琶・和太鼓などの和楽器を使用しており、閣下ならではのロックアルバムに仕上がっています。
個人的には前作「SYMPHONIA」の方が好きですが、今作も素晴らしい出来で聴けば聴くほど味がでます。閣下を知らなかった人にも一度聞いて欲しいアルバムです。

ついに「閣下」までがアーティスト名になった今作。
前作「SYMPHONIA」で初めて閣下の世界に触れ、すっかり魅了されてしまい、新作の発表を心待ちにしていました。
前作はオーケストラでしたが、今回は日本の伝統楽器（笙や琵琶、尺八など）を使用しており、「和」の閣下ワールドがそこにあります。

ジャケットでも「和」が見て取れますが、そこは閣下ですので、よく見れば…。

17曲目はカバーだそうですが、閣下の圧倒的な歌唱力で、すっかり自分のものにしてしまっています。
気に入っているのは7、15曲目。
6曲目の52人（！）コーラスも一読（聴）の価値あり！

個人的には前作の方が好きですが、聞けば聞くほど…な、するめＣＤということで、しっかり聴き込みたいと思います。
そこのアナタ！偏!見は捨てて（私もちょっとありました）まずは聞いてみてください！

ジャケットはブレー●ランナーをイメージしたものだろう。
元ネタファンとしては、「一つで十分ですよ」って閣下に言って欲しかったなぁ。
で、肝心の内容は和楽とロックが艶々しい閣下の声で完全に融合。
聴くに心地よく小気味良い。四の五の言わず、取敢えず聞く事を薦める。
