とにかくチャーミング！純粋で陽気でじみじみ悲しい、ベルレヴォーグ男性合唱団の面々が、なんといっても魅力的です。
最年長96才のおちゃめなおじいさまを筆頭に、平均年齢60才の、なかなかに元気でユーモアあふれる団員たち。いくつになっても、女性の話題で目を輝かせるおじいさま達はとってもチャーミングですよ！

舞台となったベルレヴォーグも、厳しい現実と雪に吹きさらされてたたずむ家並が、まるで絵画か絵本のように味わい深いのです。荘厳な自然を背景に、朗々とした、太く力強いベルレヴォーグ男性合唱団の歌声が聴けるのも、映画ならではの贅沢感です。

きっと1度観たらもう１度、2度観たらもう3度と、くりかえし何度も観たくなる！観るたびに味わいも深まる、そんなするめのような映画です。

とてもよかった。ドキュメンタリーだと知らずに手にしました。作られたものではない生の人間の強さ・魅力が詰まった映画です。吹雪の中でも力強く歌うおじいさんたち。どうしてこんなところで？顔からツララがたれてるよ、とか突っ込みを入れたくてもそれを許さないくらいの迫力。こんなに人間味にあふれた作品を久しぶりに観ました。一人一人のエピソードにも惹かれました。
