　このお鍋を買って以来、週末は炊飯器の出番なしです。（平日は朝のお弁当もあるので炊飯器でタイマー炊飯です。）とくに白米を炊くと違いがわかります。お米がピカピカつやつやに炊き上がり、とにかくおいしいのです。「まずは中火にかけて、沸騰したら（蓋の隙間から蒸気が出るのでわかります）10~12分、その後火を止めてそのまま10分」を守れば、時間もかからないし、一度も失敗なしです。最近お米の減りが早くなりました。
　20センチ鍋で2~2.5合たけます。先日は24センチのお鍋でまいたけご飯を6合炊いてみました。友人にも好評でした。
　使ったらすぐに洗って乾かさなければ錆が出るので、煮込み料理といっても作ってその日に食べる場合向きかもしれません。カレーのようにたくさん作ってお鍋ごと冷蔵庫に入れておくような場合には「保温調理鍋」を、と使い分けてます。

ルクルーゼが欲しくなると迷うのが色。定番のオレンジもいいけれど、意外に鍋にはない白もドラマなどでも良く見るし（笑）で、気になって迷いました。でも白を買う上で更に迷ったのが、カレーなどの色が残ってしまうのではないか？ということ。でもルクルーゼは汚れがつきにくいとのこと聞き購入したところ、本当に大丈夫でした！

大きさは特徴を生かして是非オーブンへ入れてシチューを作ってみたかったので、この20cmにしました。重さもまぁまぁ、使いやすいです。でも、22cmだとスチーム調理のできるオプションが購入できるようになったので、蒸し料理・揚げ料理に使いたい場合はそちらのほうがいいかもしれません。

鶏一羽が丸ごと料理できるとのうたい文句に引かれて30年前に購入しました。今みたいにカラフルじゃなくお色は茶です。少しホーローが薄くなった個所がでてきましたが、現役バリバリで使っています。初めは勝手がわからず、ジャガイモが蓋を開けたら完全に溶けて真ったいらになっていたり、シチューを噴きこぼしたりしました。今は熱加減、蓋の重さも使いこなせるようになりました。油炒めも平気ですし、無水調理もできます。
購入時は「高いかな？」と感じましたが、完全に減価償却できました。(^-^)
