ダンスという物を少しかじりたくて、このDVDを購入しました。

内容は初めに体をあたためる為のアップ、そして基本のターンなどが数種類、それを踏まえてコンビネーション（マスターするとそれなりの形になります。できた時はかなり嬉しいです。）が収録されています。全ての動作に対して、きちんと説明があります。初心者の私も、何度も何度も練習をし、なんとかコンビネーションをマスターしました。指導してくださるHIROKOさんが、とてもはきはきしていて気合いが入ります。ダンスを少しやってみたいけど、外に習いに行くのは…。なんて躊躇している方にはお勧めです。

私はまったくダンス未経験なので、いきなりスクールに行くのも‥と思いこのDVDを購入しました。内容は初心者向きで、UPという準備運動をしている途中で既にじんわり暑くなるぐらいなので、運動不足の人やダイエット中の人にもとてもいいと思います。なぜUPが必要か?、先生が普段心がけていることなども聞けるので、UPをやる理由もよくわかり納得して取り組めます。
ただHIROKO先生の黒いズボンと背景の黒が一緒になって動きが見えづらいのと、テレビを見ながらやると左右が逆になりターンに入った瞬間からどっちに動けばいいのかわからなくなったので、星4つにしました。その点を改善してぜひちょっとレベルアップした続編を出してほしいです。

まずは基本からと思い、このＤＶＤを観せて頂き、練習致しましたが、非常に残念なのが、バックの背景が黒色なのに対し、ＨＩＲＯＫＯ先生のズボンも黒だったため、初心者にとっては脚の動きが解かり難いと思いました。
あと、やはりＴＶの前で向かい合って練習することになりますので、どうしても脚や一連の動作等がすべて逆になってしまい、難しいと感じてしまいました。
また機会がございましたら、脚の動きがはっきりと分かる衣装と、後ろ向きも加えたＤＶＤを発売して頂けたら、と思います。
