113(US Kitは109)キーを装備したApple Keyboardは、ゲームやスプレッドシートで上下左右に動き回るのに便利なフルサイズのカーソルキーを備えています。またシステムの主音量を調整(ボリュームアップ、ダウン、消音)したり、CD/DVDを取り出すための特別キーも用意されています。さらに16のフルサイズファンクションキーにはショートカットのためのコマンドを割り当てることも可能です。Apple Keyboardはページスクロールキー(Page Up、Page Down、Home、End)によるページ内の移動、キー操作による文字の挿入や前方向削除も可能です。重要:Mac OS X v10.2.6以降が必要です。

購入して数日ですが、OS9.2.2環境でのDTP作業に問題なく使えています。（GigabitEtherで、クォークやイラストレーター、フォトショップ等を使用）

（注意点）音量調節関係のキー（3つ）と光学ドライブのトレイ排出キーの計4つは反応しませんでした。ただ、これらのキーを常用している方って、どれぐらいいるんでしょうか・・・

~○見た目は？

かながないので確かにすっきりしてコンパクトに感じます。
右シフトキーが大きいのでこれも重宝しそうです。
ただreturn keyが小さいので日本語キーボードに慣れていると心配です。

○使用感は？

いいなと思ったのはdelete key。
大きくて小指でおすのに楽になりました。
でもreturn keyは打ちにくいかもというのが正直な感想です。

横長なので日本語キーボードで逆L字になれているとおかしな感じです。
特に今までreturn key上部のタッチをしていた人は間違えて　"＼"　を押してしまいます。
しかしかな変換などのkeyがいらないためよく使うApple keyやcontrol keyが大きく本来の使い心地といえるかもしれません。
チャットなどやられる方には見やすくて打ちやすいと思いました。

打鍵感はとても静か、好印象です。

○高い？

格安キーボードが容易に入手できますので割高感があります。
とはいえ上質な英語キーボードはなかなか買えないのも事実です。

■評価

静かな打鍵感、本来のkey配列による打ちやすさ。
最近のMacはどれもホワイトで統一されていますので違和感もありません。
ただし日本語配列との違いに必ず戸惑います。
~~
最初はすこしいらいらするかもしれません。
ただよく使うkeyが大きいので慣れてしまうと日本語キーボード戻れないかもしれません。
しかし、日本語のreturn keyの方が断然打ちやすいため、星は一つ減点。~

~~mac-miniをwinキーボードで操作していましたが、フリーズが多くてコレに買い替えました。確かにwinキーボードは安いですが動作の安定性は純正キーボードにはとても及びませんし、使用出来る機能の制約もありますから買い換え結果には満足しています。

好き嫌いにもよりますが私はローマ字入力するのでしたら日本語キーボードよりもキーの配置に余裕のある、こ~~ちらがお勧めです。~
