鬼束ちひろ始まって以来初のピアノレス作品第1弾！彼女の洋楽への憧れがそのまま形になったと言っても過言じゃない位に力強く、しっかりと伝わってきます。とくに「楽になる事にとても興味は無いと」という歌詞に今までに無い、突き進んでいこうという感じが漂っています。鬼束さんは暗い曲が多いなぁ、ってな観念を持っている方にぜひぜひ聴いてもらいたいなと思います。それと、カップリングの「嵐ヶ丘」ですがこっちもGuitarSoundです。歌詞の中の主人公の哀愁感が淡々としたコードに乗せられて歌われています。今までの鬼束さん＋新たな鬼束さん的な曲です。聴くときにハンカチのご用意をお忘れなく・・・両A面シングルじゃないか!?ってくらいにすごい作品ですので皆さん、買いましょう！CD-EXTRAも観れてお徳ですよ!!それで、「Beautiful Fighter」って鬼束さんのことだよね・・・？

表題作はもちろんなんですけど、カップリングがすごいと思いました。 単語から、文章までうまく言えないけど、 確かに曖昧で、聞く人によって色んな風にとれるのが鬼束さんの特徴だけど、 この曲は度胆を抜かれたと言うか。。 美徳は信じて裏切る早さだと言うのに なぜまともでいられないの。 天才。の一言しかない。 どんなに綺麗で優しい言葉より、重く意味のある言葉の詰まっている曲に聞こえました。 このCD、本当に良い! すごいなあと思ってしまいます。

鬼束の歌は毎回圧倒されるんですけど、この曲はイントロであぁいい！！って
思いました。
特に、全く反対の単語がいいようにあわさっているところ。さすがという感じです。カップリングの曲も別のシングルにして出せば良いのにと思うほどですよ。
