今回はヴォーカル曲も入っているということで購入を決めました。
聴いてみると、やはりどれも秀逸な作品ばかりでした。
特にLetter-from The lost DaysとHometownとSunが素敵です。
Sunはセリフが入っていて、引き込まれそうな感じがしました。
Hometownは懐かしい１のテーマがベースの渋い曲で、聴いていて思わずニヤリとしてしまいました。

どんなジャンルにもふりわけ難い、深い音楽ばかりです。
ゲーム音楽という感じはあまりしません。
ゲームを知らない方でも楽しめると思います。

※現実逃避したい方におすすめです。

ゲーム中で使われているステージ曲やムービー曲,さらにはシリーズ初のヴォーカル曲を収録。
サイレントヒル３のオープニングテーマ「You're Not Here」は勿論のこと、１のオープニングテーマをリメイクした「Hometown」。さらには、ゲーム未収録曲の「I Want Love(Studio Mix)」と「Rain of Brass Petals-Three Voices Edit」などが収録されている。

ファンにとってはありがたい曲ばかりである。
ゲームをプレイした人以外でも、この音楽を聴くことにより恐怖を体験することができるだろう。

‘2’を聞いてると朝の日差しをあびながら一人見知らぬ外国の街にいる風景がよぎってくる。(多分オレだけとおもうけど)
なんとも言えない孤独感にさらされる。それがまた心地いい。
自分的にはマイブラの‘SOMETIMEs’以来の感動。
素晴らしいです。
