ウィル・スミス＆マーティン・ローレンスの映画「バッドボーイズ２」の
サントラ。映画の題名と同じ名前の、Ｐ．ディディ率いる「バッドボーイ」
が手がけた一枚。
「カントリー・グラマー」以降快進撃を続けるネリーとディディが組んだり、
今飛ぶ鳥を落とす勢いのプロデューサー・チーム、ネプチューンズが参加し

たり、ありそうであまり無い共演がおもしろい。それぞれのアーティストの
個性も結構保たれていて、ユニークな仕上がりになっている。
故Ｂ．Ｉ．Ｇと５０ＣＥＮＴの「共演」、あのtribe called questをネタ
にＭａｒｙ　Ｊが歌い、今をときめくデスチャのビヨンセがディディのプロ
デュースで歌うなど、注目どころもたくさんある。どの曲も最先端のヒップ

ホップ／Ｒ＆Ｂであり、カッコよくてユニークなサウンド。
とりわけ、ソロアルバムの成功で一挙に見直されているイン・シンクの最年少
メンバー、ジャスティンの新曲はバッドボーイが手がけているにもかかわらず
ジャスティンがソロアルバムで発揮していたマイケル・ジャクソン系のカッコ

いいサウンドが出ていて、アルバム中唯一の白人アーティストにして最もクー
ルな一曲になっている。

BAD BOYSはウィル・スミスがハリウッドスターになるきっかけとなった作品で完成度が高く、今回２作目のアルバムは超豪華な人たちがそろっている。
レニー・グラヴィッツ、ジェイ・Ｊ、ネリー、ビヨンセ、５０セント、スヌープ・ドッグなど豪華すぎる面々。
アメリカのビルボードでも初登場１位をとる快挙。

ただ、ウィルが歌ってないのがウィルファンとしてはとても残念。
でもカッコイイです！
