   中国の民族楽器である二胡や古箏が多くの日本人の耳を楽しませるようになったのは1990年代の半ばごろから。その下地があったとはいえ、女子十二楽坊の大成功はやはり驚きに値する。二胡、古箏、琵琶、竹笛、楊琴といった楽器をあやつる十二人の若い女性たちのグループのどこに、そんな魅力があったのだろう？

   アルバム冒頭の「奇跡」がその秘密のいくつかを教えてくれる。ゆったりとしたメロディー、そのところどころに挟みこまれ、スカッと気分を転換させるメリハリの効いたフレーズ、そして全員が一体となって突き進んでいくかのような集団的高揚感。大ホールのコンサートに向いた華やかさがあり、ドラマチックでもある。音楽とダンスという違いこそあるが、アイリッシュ・ダンスを大掛かりなエンターテインメントに仕立て上げて世界を熱狂させた「リバーダンス」とどこか似ていないだろうか。

 「川の流れのように」のような日本の歌謡曲もあれば、ニューエイジ的なサウンドもある。7拍子で書かれた「七拍」ではフォルクローレ風の雰囲気を漂わせもする。中国の民族楽器はなかなか懐が深い。（松本泰樹）

アルバムが売れているからという理由で手にとりました。
もともと二胡などの中国楽器の音が好きでなので購入に迷いはありませんでした。

しかし、曲を聴いてガックリでした。

メンバーにはいないドラムの音。しかも打ち込み。
やたらと多いj-popのカバー。
中学校の吹奏楽部レベルの編曲。

彼女らの技術、魅力、そして中国楽器の音をすべて台無しにしていると思います。

売れているからという理由で、１０月にはまたＣＤ＋ＤＶＤを出すらしいですが、レコード会社を批判するとともに、安易に宣伝に乗ってしまった自分を悔やみます。

二曲目の「自由」にビビビっと来て購入しましたが
確かに後ろに入っているドラムがどの曲もちょっと耳ざわりでした。
せっかくの美しい楽器の音色をじゃましているように思います。

日本のポップスも入れて欲しくなかったな。
もっともっと中国楽器の美しい旋律が楽しめると思っての購入だったので
ちょっとガッカリでした。

一、二曲めが良かっただけに、残りはあまり耳に残らないと言うか、、何と言うか、、、
せっかくの素晴らしい腕を持った方々のＣＤなのに、勿体ない感じがしました。

日本を意識した選曲が多すぎます。
しかも｢よりによってその曲を選びますか?｣みたいな感じ。
特に３．５．１０あたりは微妙すぎる。
プロモーションで流れていた２のイメージだけで購入すると
首を傾げるかもしれないと感じました。

ただ、この手のお馴染みの曲だけで構成されたCDだったなら
それはそれで潔くてアリだったのかもしれないなぁ。と。
