おなじみ水野先生の趣味と道楽で作られたシリーズ3作目。

以前深夜に放送されたとき自ら前説をやっていたが、いきなり映画の核心にふれてしまいそうになったぐらい熱がこもっていただけあってスケールもややアップ。出演者も豪華。それだけに目立つ水野先生の演技力と不条理演出の数々。

B級映画ファンの登竜門的な作品なので一度は見るべきだが「休日だけど遊びに行くのだるいし、腹も減ってないし眠くもないし、ゲーム飽きたしテレビもつまんねーし、ぼーっと過ごしてもいいけどとりあえず景色的な物が欲しい」時以外2回目以降見ることは難しいだろう。

でもフツーの映画を見て一年位過ごすと見たくなるんだよな〜不思議と。

「素晴らしい」の一言に尽きる。

映画への愛情と冒涜。常識で考えれば両立し得ない二律背反を高次元で融合させて魅せるマイク・水野の手腕はもっと高く評価されるべきである。心から映画を愛するマニアのためにも、寅さんシリーズよろしく作り続けて頂きたい正真正銘の日本映画の金字塔である。駄作だの愚作だのと訳知り顔でのたまう輩の野次など気にする事はありません。作品に対する本当の評価は10年、いや20年・・・いや、もしかしたら100年後についてくるものなのかも知れないのですから。ただ一つ、注意点があるとするならば、理性と知性と忍耐力が観る者には求められるということでしょうか？要するに「酸いも甘いも噛み分けた大人のための映画」という事です。

なぜこれほどまでに心惹かれるのか。
それはマイク水野の「愛」ゆえだろう。
（ボンちゃんの話ではない。シベ超の話である。）
マイク水野氏のモチベーションは、
「自分が見たあの名画のシーンを再現したい！」
もちろん反戦という重要テーマもあるが、
突き詰めればそこに行き着くのでは。
そう考えると、シリーズを通して見つかる「不可解な」

シーンも合点が行く。
シベ超３にもそんな「愛」があふれている。長回し、
ロープ投げ・・・でも注意すべきなのが、演じる人々が
「すごく本気」だということ。そこに嘲りや諦観と
言った雰囲気は皆無だ。それもひとえに水野氏の「愛」が
皆に伝播したからだ、といって間違いあるまい。
