聴く前は、ただの曲の羅列集になる不安もあったけど、それは杞憂でした。個人的には今までのクラムボンのオリジナルアルバムの音楽性は結構バラバラだと感じていたんですけど、それも僕の素人考えでした。このアルバムをクラムボンのオリジナルアルバムだと思って聴いても十分通用してる。これは選曲が良いのもあると思うけど、クラムボン自身の音楽性が各アルバムの中にしっかりと組み込まれた証拠だと思う。ベストアルバムとして見ても、そういうことが確認できる本作は出来が良いと思います。ちなみにシングルを買わないクラムボン聴きである僕にとっては、「シカゴ」が新鮮でした。（「シカゴ」はシングルver.でした。他にもちょっとした演出があります。）

特に、クラムボンをまだ聴いたことないという人にお勧めです。
僕もそうでしたが、一曲目の「はなればなれ」でまずぐぐっと心を捕まれます。
その後もほとんど捨て曲なしという感じですばらしい曲が続きます。
まさしく文字通り「ベスト」だなと感じます。
全体的な構成もすごくよく、
前半はアップテンポに聴かせて、後半はまったりと美しい曲で聴かせます。
原田さんの歌声が切なくもかわらしくのびのびとしていて聴いていて癒されるし、楽しいし、気持ちいい。
風になびく草花のようにゆらゆらと揺れるように彼女は歌います。
ときには太陽のぬくもりと供に、ときには優しい雨に濡れながら。
そしてふと気がつくと自分もその草原の真ん中に寝転がっているようなそんな気持ちにさせてくれるのです。

個人的には、「便箋歌」の語りがかなりのお気に入りです。

クラムボンの、プロモがどうしても欲しかったのでこれを買いました。楽曲の良さはもちろんですが、これの魅力はやっぱりプロモＤＶＤでしょう。今までプロモを収録したものは発売されていなかったんですから。内容はお腹いっぱいって感じです。良い作品だと思います。
