日本語音声認識ソフト。50万語を追加搭載した音声認識エンジンを搭載し、マイクに向かって発話するだけでMicrosoft Word/Excelをはじめとする主要アプリケーションへの音声入力やコマンド操作を行うことが可能。また、ハイパーリンクのクリック/テキストボックスへの入力などのInternet Explorer(電子メール非対応)の操作、Outlook/Outlook Expressからの住所の自動登録にも対応したほか、句読点の自動挿入、不要後の自動削除などの機能を搭載。新たに、音声認識制度を高める「言語モデルの最適化」、システム起動時に自動的に起動する「クイックスタート」、IMEからの言語登録などの機能を追加。「ヘッドセットマイク」を付属。

モバイルデバイスやコードレスマイク等、多彩な録音機器をサポート。さらに多くのアプリケーションをサポート(Microsoft Excel)。自然な言葉による音声コマンド(ナチュラルランゲージ音声コマンド)が使えるようになりました。システム起動時にDragonSpeechを自動的に起動する機能。Microsoft IMEからの単語の登録。
