   「愛を歌う」ことをテーマに掲げた中島美嘉の2003年の第3弾シングルは、オリジナル・ラヴが1993年にリリースした「接吻」のカヴァー。アレンジの方向はオーセンティック・レゲエを基本としているのだが、このサウンドをプロデュースしているのは日本のレゲエ・シーンを牽引（けんいん）する ROCKIN TIME の森俊也、そして、リズム・セクションを構成しているのは屋敷豪太（ドラム）と松永孝義（ベース）という元 MUTEBEAT のコンビ。すさまじく豪華なメンツに一歩も引くことなく、堂々と歌い上げる美嘉ちゃん、すごいです。（森 朋之）

オリジナルラヴの接吻は、好きな曲なのでどんな風にカバーしてくれるのか楽しみです。限定ということなので予約しないと買えないかもしれません。

中島美嘉さんの過去のシングル曲とは違い、とても
リラックスした雰囲気の仕上がりになっています。

特に、本作での中島さんの歌い方は絶妙です（肩の
力を抜いた控えめな歌い方なのですが、決してけだ
るい感じにはなっていません）。

中島さんのファンの方はもちろん予約して購入済だと
思うのですが、私はオリジナル・ラブの愛聴者の方々

にもお勧めできると思います。

中島美嘉の澄んだ声が、アレンジとマッチしていて、とても耳触りの良いラバーズロックになっています。カバー曲でも中島美嘉らしさも残した唄いっぷりはすごい。しかし元曲が良いと、どうなっても良い仕上がりになるもんだと、改めてオリジナルラブの良さを痛感しました。シングルが５万枚限定販売と言うのが、もったいないくらいです。この夏必携の１枚です。
