VAIで彼のファンになって、Strapping Young Lad、Ocean MachineとOfficialで出ているアルバムは購入し続け、SYL 2nd発表後のクラブチッタ川崎でわずか45分で終ったライヴを体験し、翌年行われた新宿リキッドルームでのライヴへも足を運び、とにかく彼の作る曲がかっこよくて大好きだったが、Physisit、Teria、それと本作、どうもInfinityでの高みを最後に手探りの大仰な音が続いていると思う。Teria辺りからPINK FLOYDが引き合いに出されるが、引用する人の気持ちは分からないでもないけど、かえって誤解を招くと思う（だってPINK FLOYDを期待して購入したら、間違いなく期待は外れでしょ？本作を購入した方が、ここからPINK　FLOYDへ行くのであれば話は分かりますが）。

内容としてはPhysist、Teriaの中間のような音像だが、この2枚を余り気に入っていない方は購入を考えた方が良いし、この2作が好きな方は買いでしょう。僕は残念ながら前者。ただ、アルバムを通して一瞬でも彼の凄さに触れられれえば満足という僕みたいな人は文句を言いながらも買うんでしょうね。

初めて買う方、1枚目としては試聴されてから購入されることをお薦めいたします。

デヴィン・タウンゼントの良さがいまいち分からない。

今までデヴィン・タウンゼントを聴いたことがない人で
このアルバムの購入を考えている方は試聴されてから買ったほうが無難です。
