   2002年1月に発売された同名タイトルの廉価版である。24台同時出走の大迫力のチョロQレースが繰り広げられ、100種類以上のカスタマイズパーツとデフォルメされてはいるものの細部までこだわって作られた車体は必見だ。

   ストーリーモードは、「チョロQたちが暮らす“チョロQワールド”の大統領が、“狭い部屋に居続けるのはイヤだ”という理由で、自分とレースして勝ったチョロQに大統領の座を譲る」という話から始まる。プレイヤーは大統領の座を目指して各街でレースで挑むというわけだ。今までのチョロQシリーズとの大きな違いは、仲間をスカウトして自分と同じチームのメンバーとして走れること。このワールドグランプリに出場するには自分のほかにチームメイト2人が必要で、順位はこの3人の合計ポイントで決まるため、チームメイトのカスタマイズも重要になってくる。チームメイトはレースに出走させればさせるほど、コースに慣れていくので調整が必要となる。

   レースを行うだけでなく、サッカーゲームやルーレットゲームも用意されている。記念撮影をすることでボーナスアイテムをもらえたり、また、不動産屋からガレージをもらうと、さまざまなチョロQと暮らしていくことができたりと、お楽しみ要素も満載だ。（林田信浩）

このゲームは限りのない世界があっていいです
何より言いところは仲間をスカウトできるところです
最高2台まで仲間に出来ます。
さらにパーツは100種類以上ボディは151種類！！
イベントはコイン集めとプチクラ（プリクラ）で
なんと300種類！！！とことん楽しめます
大統領になった後でもチームメイトを色々変えて楽しめます

大統領になるチョロＱのコメントにも変化がおとずれます。

このゲームは僕が遊んできたチョロQの中で一番おもしろかったです。なにしろワールドが恐ろしく広い。見えない壁でもあるのかと思って走り続けても終わりが無いし、昼夜まである。これはタカラの自信作でしょう。しかもチョロQがめちゃくちゃリアル。実車にとことんまで近づけてデフォルメしてあるのが良い。とにかく良いことずくめの贅沢な内容。チョロQ好きでなくてもレースゲーム好き、車好きなら一度でも良いので遊んでみてください。きっとはまりますよ。

どこまでも続く地平線。朝と夜で違う景色。雪に包まれた街。切り立った崖の上にある村。常夏の島。
さらには空に浮かぶ街もあります。
なんてノスタルジックで夢のある空間だろうと思いました。
高速道路を使って好きな景色をひたすら流すも良し(ワープでひとっ飛びもできます)。レースに参加してお金を稼ぐのも良し。
久々に童心に帰り遊びました。
一通りイベントをコンプするにはそれなりの努力が必要ですが、それも苦にならず、何度でも違うアプローチで遊ばせてくれる不思議な魅力があります。
残念なのは、仲間にできるチョロたちが見た目以外に能力差が無い事。燃料の概念の必要性があまり感じられない事(特に飛行時)。エンジン音が全車共通。アナログスティック非対応なので細かなコーナリングが不可。といったところ。
車が好きだからと言って購入するとアレ?っとなります。ご注意を(その前にジャケットで判断できると思います)。
