   ザ・ブルーハーブが、なんとザ・ブルーハーツの名曲「未来は僕等の手の中」をカヴァー。もとは『ザ・ブルーハーツ・スーパー・トリビュート』に収録されるはずだったが、事情によりお蔵入りになった曲だ。ヒップホップがロックをいかにカヴァーするのか。BOSS THE MC が出した答えは「スピリットをカヴァーする」だった。ほとんどエレクトロニカと化した O.N.O のトラックに乗せて、BOSS は、下積み時代、バイトに疲れ夢を見失いそうになりながらも未来を信じ、東京での初ライヴにたどり着くまでの自らの苦闘を描写した。タイトル・フレーズ以外はまったくのオリジナル。原曲を期待すると肩すかしをくらうだろう。しかし、20世紀、ブルーハーツが多くの若者を勇気づけたように、ブルーハーブのこの曲も、新しい時代を生きる世代に十分に希望を与える内容になっている。ともすればコピー的なトリビュートが多い中、真にクリエイティブなトリビュートと言えるだろう。（山田次郎）

ブルーハーツのトリビュート盤に収録される予定がはじかれてしまって
自身から出したシングル。
しかしなんでトリビュート盤の関係者はこんな最高の、本物の
カバーをはずしたんだろう。

馬鹿みたいなリアレンジとは別格だ。

ブルーハーツのトリビュートから漏れたらしいけど、
これをブルーハーツと呼ばずに何をブルーハーツと呼ぶのか？
かつてパンクが果たした役割を、現在はヒップホップが担っている。
見事すぎるカバー曲。

今最もコトバという物の力を見せてくれる人間がBOSSではないでしょうか？
HIPHOPにはマッチョな所を見せる人間が多い（そして自分には全く共感できない）のですがBOSSは弱さも見せ、そしてそれゆえの強さを見せてくれます
最悪な状況を描いたリリックの中、OK,余裕未来は俺らの手の中と強がり言うBOSS、これがどれだけのことを表現していることか

もともとはブルーハーツのトリビュートのために作られ、原曲と全く違うという理由で外された曲ですが、ノリだけで中身と頭がカラッポのバンドと一緒にされるよりは外れてよかったかもしれませんね
ブルーハーツ・・・自分の中では特にロクデナシ、を聞いて感じた力と同じような力を感じられるのは、BOSS以外にはそうそういないと思うんで
