1stリリース時に比べ、だいぶ知名度も上がってきた、
スパングル(女性Vo)の、先行シングルnanoを引っさげての3rd。

アルバム全体を通して浮遊感、空気感たっぷりです。
不思議な歌詞に、音響的要素、ポストロック的要素を詰め込んだ、
クオリティの高い音作りが成されていると思います。

ふわふわしたボーカルに乗せて、休日のカフェタイム等に、

聴き流すのもありだと思いますが、
バックのギター音もしっかりしているし、乾いたドラム音も
素敵なので、音に集中して聴いてみて欲しい作品です。

試聴する機会があれば、3,5,9が各々個性が引立っていてオススメです。

傑作「Nanae」に続くサード作。サンガツのリズム隊等が参加していた前作と較べて、より浮遊感が増しており、音響寄りになったといってもいいかもしれない。より甘く、メランコリックになったSea & Cakeという趣もある。とりわけ美しいアルペジオ・ギターが冴える8は名曲といっても良い仕上がり。ポスト・ロックの一言では片付けられない、際立ったメロディ・センスは相変わらずのレベルだし、透明度の高いヴォーカルも健在。これも間違いなく傑作といって良い仕上がりだと思う。ニューウェーヴ・オムニバス「Fine Time」収録のPrefab Sproutのカバー「Appetite」も要チェック！
