下腹のシェイプアップに効果があると聞き、フラに興味を持ちました。
習いに行きたいけど時間がない。
そこで、何本かＤＶＤを購入しましたが、このＤＶＤが一番。

まず、基礎的な２曲の見本を見せてくれる女の子のスカートが短いこと。
フレアーたっぷりのパウスカートは丈長いと、足がまったく見えず、
足の動きをカホロだも、アミだの説明されても、初心者には？？？？。もうパニック！

もう一つは解説が丁寧であること。
それぞれの曲のフレーズ毎に
足だけ、手だけとスローモーションで丁寧に解説されます。

このふたつのお陰で、初心者でも楽しくフラの真似事をしています。
今では、シェイプアップの為ではなく
楽しくて踊られずにはいられなくなるＤＶＤです。

フラを始めて、一ヶ月。形だけは踊れるようになっていました。でも、DVDを買ったら手の動き、足の動き、体重移動、私の踊りとはまるで違っていました。やはり、基本ですね。DVDで練習して以来、先生には、上達が早いわねと言われました。初心者のみならず、長い間フラをやっている人にも視てほしいDVDです。

フラを習う前にこのＤＶＤで少し見てから習いに行きました。基本のコースでしたが途中からの入会にもかかわらず足のステップの基本的な名前を覚えてから行っただけでもとてもスムーズにレッスンについていく事が出来ました。
