E.L.Tの Fragile の別バージョン曲収録、というのに惹かれて聴いてみましたが、
期待以上のいいアルバムでした！

まず、その Fragile 別バージョン = Brigde ですが、個人的には Fragile より
も好きです。
歌詞は、恋人を残して外国で生活するため、出発~現地での生活に慣れた頃、
という内容なのですが、もう、これは本当に泣けます。（彼が外国に住んで

いる遠距離恋愛の人なら号泣するかもしれないです）
サビの部分の歌詞「誰もが心に虹を描こうとしている・・」がきれいで、
ハスキーな声にますますせつなさを感じてしまいます。

他にも、「アイ・ラブ・ユー」「瞳にくぎづけ」の既シングルももちろん
いい曲ですし、他の曲もどれでもシングルカットできるレベルです。

アルバム・タイトルからボズ・スキャッグスを思い出してしまったのですが、
何となく共通するメロウネスがある曲もあります。良かったです。

『アイ・ラヴ・ユー』は本当に名曲だと思います。
他にも質の高い曲が聴けそうで、すごく楽しみです!!
BREATHの事をあまり知らない人にも是非聴いてもらいたいですね。
発売日が待ち遠しいです。
きっと数々の名曲が聴けるのではないかと、
今からとても期待しています♪

ハスキーヴォイスで歌われるリズムはどれも心地よいもの。どの曲もよくて、心にしみてきます。ただ単にきれいな歌詞を載せたラブソングではなく、共感できる「言葉」がある。
私が特に好きなのはE.L.T に提供した「fragile」を「Bridge」としてカヴァーした曲。日本に残した恋人を思い続ける彼は、本当の「愛」を知る。離れていても信じてゆける人がいることがどれだけ大切か。ｌ「本当の愛」とは何なのか・・・
つらいときこの歌を聴くと、心の隅が少し温められます。
