どんより重い体の疲れがとれず、このＣＤを購入しました。

はじめは運動不足かな？とも思い、近所の運動公園でウォーキングや軽いジョギングを始めたのですが、とにかく体が重くて重くて。くさりに縛られたような感覚と、いっこうに向上しない心肺機能にうんざりで習慣になりませんでした。さらに、運動のあとはすっかり疲れてしまって、あとは寝るだけという状態になっている始末。

さて、ではこのＣＤを聞き始めて３週間目のわたしは・・・

ジョギング・ウォーキングで明らかに体が軽い
（計ってないがタイムも良くなっていると思う）
気のせいか体が柔軟になった
運動後も以前ほどの疲労感がない
昼食後、いつもひどい睡魔に襲われていたのが軽減された
夜のバイタリティーも増強（ホントです　笑）

といった効果を体感しています。

こう書いているとまるでこの販売元の営業マンみたいですが（笑）事実です。このシリーズはあと数枚持っていますがどれも効果があり、いつも感謝しながら聴いています。

仕事から帰って来ると、疲れからか、頭がボーっとして何もする気が起きないけど、これを聴きながら帰宅すると（３０分ぐらい）、仕事の疲れが軽減され、心と体が楽になります。どうしても残業しなくちゃ、だけど気が乗らない。そんな時に聴きながら仕事すると、疲れも感じず、気分良く仕事ができました。

卒論の時に滅入ってしまった自分を励ますために買いました。

そのときはあまりわからなかったのですが、就職してしばらくした時会社に行くのが嫌で嫌でたまらなくなったことがありました。そこでこのCDを効き続けました。すると朝起きるとき、出かけるとき、すっと体が動くようになりました。

即効性はないですが、聞き続けることで自分が変ってきます。
