　この歴史的な映像が「品切れ」なんて信じがたいですね。
　この映像を見ていない人が、ジョージのことを論ずるのは、「Let it Be]の映画を見ないで同名のアルバムや「Abbey Road]を論ずるのと同じくらい不遜で、傲慢な話だと思います。

　ジョージが、ＡＬＬ　ＴＨＩＮＧＳ　ＭＵＳＴ　ＰＡＳＳを出して、
Ｂｅａｔｌｅｓからひとり立ちした後、このコンサートは開かれた。ジョージの人生の中で最も輝いていた時代のコンサートだ。

　この映像は、当時、Ｂｅａｔｌｅｓ解散後、ファンクラブなどの主宰で各地で開かれた「フィルムコンサート」などで見たのが最初だけれど、当時、これだけのメンバーを集めて、即座にコンサートを開催したジョージのプロデューサーとしての力量にも感心したものだ。

　第一部のラビ＝シャンカールらのインディアンミュージックも、違和感なく聴けたし、そのあとのオールスターのりのり大会も、凄い。

　ただ、僕は、いろんなところのレビューで書いているのだけれど、原作のデジタルリマスタリングには、基本的に反対である。しかし、この映像は、あちこちで書かれているように電気の配線の失敗とか、カメラの故障などで、万全の映像、音源ではないと思う。そういう点では、原作の雰囲気を損なわないように画質の向上などを図れないか検討して欲しいと思う。
