I'm 韓國人. I've been Paul's fan from 1998. also like MR.BIG. This CD rocks!! Song selection is good. Through all paul's album, these songs are good. I love it !! this huge huge points in this CD is GIRLS WHO CAN READ YOUR MIND (Demo) Version. It is better than original verson song. and 3 brand new song's also. The Last song's guitar solo takes me to the fantastic!! In conclusion, this CD very good both Paul's fans and guys who first time face the Paul's solo style. Must have It !! I bought it at AMAZON JAPAN. because not release in Korea. It's pity. but I hope you Japan & Korean fans enjoy it !!! Thanks. DOMO ARIGATO~ 日本 no minasang!!!

ポールギルバートには幾つもの顔がある。レーサーＸのギタリストとして、ミスター・ビッグのメンバーとして、またソロアーティストとして…

レーサーＸで早弾きにつぐ早弾きをしていたかと思ったらミスター・ビッグでの多彩なテクニシャンぶりを発揮しているし、ミスター・ビッグを脱退してソロ活動に専念してひたすらポップ路線に走ったかと思いきや、レーサーＸを再結成してギターを弾きまくっている…

一見はちゃめちゃに見えるけれどポールは自分の好きな音楽を自分の好きなように楽しんでいるように見える。いくつになってもポールの心はギターキッズのままだし、彼の音楽を聴いているといつも「音楽大好き！」な気持ちが伝わってくる気がする。

このアルバムはそんなポールのエッセンシャル的なものを感じる。
多彩な才能とテクニックがあるだけにどれが本当の姿であるとも言い切れないがポップミュージシャンとしてのメロディーセンスは本物だ。

ベスト盤には申し分ない選曲であるし、ボーナスＣＤも嬉しいおまけだ。
ポールのソロ入門にもお勧め

Racer XやMR.BIGとはまた違ったスタイルだけど基本的にはギター弾きまくり。
全部持ってるからいらん、という声も聞こえてきそうだがそこは流石ポール。新曲３曲と未発表（というかデモ）を入れて、初回版にはCD丸々一枚付けてしまう始末。

選曲的にもポールが自ら聴いて欲しいという物を選んだとだけあって名曲揃い。何曲か入っていなくて悲しい物もあるが（個人的にはChampagneやAlligator Farm、Blissが）それだけ名曲揃いという事じゃないでしょうか、現に本編に捨て曲は一切無いと思います。

おまけの方はやはり蛇足的な感じもあるけどそれでもなかなか楽しめる。特にクラシックのコピーなど彼ならではの遊び心も満載。

僕はポールというギタリストに感心を持っている人が居たならRacerxでもMR.BIGでもなくこのアルバムを推薦すると思います。
