メーカーについて

   1845年に金属加工、刃物産業で有名なドイツはガイスリンゲンにおいて創業されたWMF（ダブルエムエフ）社。正式社名は「Wurttembergische Metallwaren fabrik（ヴュルテンベルギッシェ・メタルヴァーレン・ファブリーク）」で、「WMF」は頭文字をとった略称。創業以来のコンセプトは「よりよい高級ハウスウエアづくり」。高品質で洗練されたデザインを持つ製品は、世界各国で高い評価と信頼を得ている。

[良い点]
　・ステンレスで無機質ではありますが
　 卓上の調味料入れとしては、良いアクセントになると思います。

[悪い点]
　・本体とキャップの2ピース構造となっており、キャップの中心に小穴が3つあるが、
　　穴が小さいため調味料の出る量が少ない。
　　よって、すばやく済ませたい調理時の味付けなどには、不適。
　・フタの穴を塞ぐキャップなどは無いので、調味料の香りは逃げ放題。
　・本体と上からかぶせるフタの間には中に隙間があり、調味料が残っているときにキャップを開けると、
　　結構な量の調味料がこぼれる。非常にもったいない。
　・全く同じデザインなので、塩とコショウどちらなのか外見では分からない。

使い勝手が悪いので、星２つですね...。
ちなみに、写真では良く分からないのですが、実際の商品は鏡面仕上げではありません。購入される方はご注意を。

最近は、コショウとお塩が、ひとつになったものがありますが、やはり微妙な味の調節は、セパレートの方がいい。この、WMF Ministreuer ソルト&ペッパー は、価格もお手ごろですし、デザインもいいから、ちょっとした食卓のエッセンス♪になるのではないでしょうか？
