人間関係でギスギスしてて、仕事の忙しさで時間に流され、イライラι
くせになってる重いため息・・・
そんなとき風のように流れてくる音、透とおった声。

・・・自然に体の力が抜ける・・・
・・・優しい気持ちになれる・・・

心地よいため息、
深呼吸、
そしてゆっくりと聞こえてくる鼓動…

とにかく落ち着きたい時の一枚だと思います。

（あと不眠症にも効くかも！？）
