初級者から上級者まで楽しめる音楽作成ソフト。初心者は音符を入力するだけで曲づくりができ、中級者・上級者は、イベントリストやゲートタイムなどで曲の細部まで修正/編集でき、グランドピアノやバイオリンなど128音色を使用し、曲表現が楽しめる。作成した曲データは、Windows Media Playerで再生可能なMIDIファイルで保存ができるため、ほかのソフトでの再生や、ツクールシリーズで作成したゲームのBGMとしても使用が可能。さらに、今バージョンは、スコア入力に加え、視覚的音符配置を可能にしたピアノロールエディタや、弦をクリックすることでTBA譜にコード入力が行えるギターツールを搭載。そのほか、MIDIに対応した外部機器を接続して、メロディーを奏でながら対旋律の入力が可能なクオンタイズ機能付きリアルタイム入力にも対応。
