竹内まりやの曲をカバーした第２弾ＣＤです
いろんな方々が歌われてますが、まりやさんのテイストがどことなく残っているところがbetterですね!!
私はtekoのテーマが好きです　竹内まりやのＣＤに入ってたときも英語でしたが、これもサイコー！！

　通常、シリーズでは２作目の方がグレードが下がる。
今作では、その常識をくつがえしたと思う。
このアルバムの特筆すべき点は、３つ。
1各ミュージシャンの選曲
2キーの選択
3ヴォーカリストと曲順のバランスのよさ　だと思う。

個人的には、キム・カーンズ、ジュース・ニュートンの参加がうれしい。

ＡＯＲどころでは、リチャード・ペイジ、クリストファー・クロス（相変わらずの美声）、ジノ・ヴァネリ、そして
トリでは、見事な演奏でのデヴィット・フォスターがしっとりとバラードでしめくくる。
予算あるいは、現在の音楽シーンの流れで、ドラマーやベーシストらは登場しない。しかし、聞いていて清清しい気持ちになれる。

素敵な歌を聴きたい方に、おすすめです。

パート１に引き続き、企画的にはとても素晴らしく豪華メンバーの揃い踏み、アレンジも良い感じに仕上がっている。
難点を言えばパート１の収録曲をなにも３曲もダブらせなくてもいいのに・・・！
