　ファクシミリを電話代わりに使っていると、かかってきた電話をあらかじめ指定した電話番号に転送してしまうボイスワープ（NTT、利用料金必要）やTAに内蔵の「転送機能」（料金不要）では、ファクシミリの通信も転送されてしまい、出先で困ったことになります。
　本機は「転送同時呼出機能」という住処のファクシミリ、転送先の携帯電話の両方を呼び出し可能な機能があるため、ファクシミリ受信、あるいは転送先の携帯電話での通話が安心してできます。本機のこの便利さがレビュー者のINS回線を使い続ける理由となっています。
