3.0 out of 5 stars 唯一のコウビルド英英搭載機種ですが・・・, 2003/9/8
コウビルド英英とリーダーズ・リーダーズプラスを収録している唯一の機種です。他社の電子辞書と使い比べてみて、使用感にやや不満がありますので確かめてから購入されることをお勧めします。何度も何度も繰り返し使う物だけに、使い勝手の良し悪しも重要な決め手だと思います。

不満のある点を具体的に言いますと、

（１）本機の売りである「フルサイズのタイプライター配列のキーボード」ですが、これは端のほうの感度が悪く、急いで入力していると文字抜けが起こりやすい。特に、要である「決定」「戻る」ボタンの感度が悪いのにはストレスを感じます。

（２）削除ボタンがキーの中心から遠いため訂正が面倒である。カシオのフロリスなどは削除ボタンが中心近くにあり便利です。

（３）履歴機能が辞書共通である点。ごちゃまぜで不便です。この方式をとっているのはセイコーだけじゃないでしょうか。改善して欲しいですね。

（１）、（２）は慣れの問題でしょうが（３）はどうにもなりません。コウビルドが欲しくて買いましたが、英英がコウビルドでなくてもいい、という方は他社の機種がいいかもしれません。

店頭で同じコウビルド英英搭載のセイコー新型のＳＲ-Ｍ６０００と最後まで迷ったのが本機。値段はほとんど同じ、サイズはこっちがレギュラー。ＳＲ-Ｍはコンパクト。あとキータッチはこちらはいわゆるパソコンタイプでＳＲ-Ｍはふつうの電子辞書っぽいかんじ。収録辞書はこちらはリーダーズプラスまで入ってるのでより完璧」を目指すならこっちでしょう。携帯性を考えるとＳＲ-Ｍに軍配なのですが。あとはキータッチのテイストの違いでしょう。わたしはためつすがめつ眺め悩んで結局ＳＲ-Ｍ６０００にしましたが。使用シチュエーションとか好みで選べばよいと思います。どっちを選んでも後悔はしないと思いますから。コウビルドはいままで英英をオックスフォードしか使っていなかったひとにはゼヒおすすめ。語義解説がとてもわかりやすいです。

コウビルドにどうしてもひかれてしまいます。
他の人がコメントしているようなメリットはあるのですが
しかし、キーを押してから単語が出てくるまでのスピードが
余りののろのろと遅い。セイコーのものは大体反応が遅いので
どうしようかと思ったけれど、やっぱり遅い。
遅さが気にならない人にはいいと思います
