２０代から３０代にかけてよく聴いたアルバムだ。クリス・コナーのライブ盤でバックのミュージシャンも一流どころが押さえたなかなかの名唱である。１曲目のロット・オブ・リヴィン・トゥ・ドゥが好きだ。ボサノバ調のリズムに乗って軽快に歌うクリス。ハスキーな歌声からさわやかな色気と会場の臨場感が伝わり心地よいムードだ。ブラック・コーヒー では、かなり大人っぽい雰囲気で迫り、 グッドバイでは悲しい別れを暗示する熱のこもった歌唱が聞かれる。６０年代の録音だが今聞いてもまったく古臭くなく、ライブ演奏の良さが十分に反映されている。
