坂上香織をはじめてテレビで見た時、あまりにも美しく、綺麗で驚いた記憶があります。本当に美人でした。

あの映画監督大林宣彦監督もお気に入りで、プロモーションビデオは彼が手がけました。歌手デビュー前からその美少女ぶりで人気は高く、もちろんデビュー曲「レースのカーディガン」はオリコン最高７位を記録するヒット！！この曲は本当に彼女のキャラにあってますね。まさに清純派美少女の世界。
そんな彼女の全シングル＋２枚のアルバムから選曲してます。

デビュー曲以外の印象が、結構薄くて、
でも、好きな曲も入っているし、どうしようと思ったのだが、
「グッバイ・マイ・ラブ」のシングルの時、レコード屋時代に、
ご親族が「視聴の上」買って行かれたのを思い出して、
何となく、それだけの縁で買ってみた。
正直、ボーカル自体はうまいとは言えず、
表現力もあるとは言いづらい。
しかし、独特の雰囲気を持っている歌い方で、
好感が持てた。
「一生懸命」とか「がんばってます」とか、そういうのではなく、
「これでいいのかな？？ほんとにいいのかな？」みたいな、
そんな感じの歌い方。
それが、かえって世界を広げている。
結構、著名な曲をカバーで歌っていて、
シングルも、数多く出ている。
ただ、売り上げには反映されてないが、
もう少し、長期的に歌っていれば、
何か違う展開があったような気もする。
発声が特殊で、音を全て踏みつけるような感じなので、
そういう人は、長く歌っていると必ず花開くから。
いま、考えても実に惜しい。

なんとなく楽しそうだったから入ってみた芸能界 最初は物珍しく楽しかったが段々やる気なくなりそのままフェイドアウトそんな歌手時代の集大成 舌足らずな歌声が可愛いが決して聞かせるタイプのアイドルではない よってCDでベストと言っても?な感じ ベスト集めてる人のコレクションか?
